Considered one of the most iconic Costa Rica’s nature wonders and located in the heart of the Tenorio Volcano National Park, the spectacular Rio Celeste (Blue River) flows down the foothills, making its way through the rainforest and showing off its characteristic skyblue color. Tenorio Volcano is the 4th Volcano from the north to south in the Guanacaste’s Mountain range. Reaching a height of 6,286 ft above sea level is known as one of Costa Rica’s best places for hikers which can trek alongside the stunning river. A beautiful waterfall will meet you halfway on the trail and the spot where the river gets its color at the end of it. The park is home to an abundance diversity of wildlife such as Jaguars, Sloths, pumas, monkeys, toucans, tapirs, plants and many others. • Pick up time 7:00 am

• Pickup time and rates change according to pick up location.

• Each tour option is referring to a one-day tour, it can’t be modified and the price DO NOT change if any activity is omitted.

• Tour includes round trip comfortable transportation with a/c, bilingual tour guide, lunch and a courtesy cooler with drinks.

• Participants must bring hiking boots/shoes, comfortable clothes, raincoat, insect repellent, sunscreen, Passport copy.

• Trail distance 4 km (2.4 miles). Not suitable for people with health or motion limitations.

• Not recommended for children under 10-year-old.

• 25% of the total tour rate must be deposited to formally reserve. A bank tax will be charged when make the deposit and tax percentage change according to the amount.

• A minimum of 2 people is required to book this tour.
